Over the years, I’ve been very fortunate to work with so many divers — from complete beginners to Divemaster and Instructor level.

And one thing I kept noticing was this:
Some divers don’t struggle because they’re doing something wrong…

They just haven’t had certain things explained in a simple, practical way yet.

Things like:

● confidence underwater

So over time, I started writing things down — the tips, explanations, and techniques I use every day when teaching.
