So what's been happening?? I've become the bionic woman - well at least with 1 joint with a knee replacement this past Thursday. Bug is helping do something - not sure what - but he's helping.

You'll probably see a little space with new videos because of this - I know I'm behind with the short mysteries - give me another week or 2 to fix that - but I do have some scheduled for y'all with the Thursday stuff.

I'll also be releasing a YT First Series - as I just realized - HEY I finished that (and never published).... so watch for that all you paranormal fun mystery people :)

Ok so thank EVERYONE who reached out about my losing Nala - she was fricken amazing for over 12 years with me and honestly - well it still hurts.

BUT my husband decided I needed to see if I was "ready" to even start looking for a new best friend to hang with me..... I mean I haven't been without a dog in 35 years so he could tell I wasn't all together.

Not sure if he meant "come home with the puppy" but LOOK AT THIS FACE!

Meet Bugsy, aka Bug, and well in true Wynn fashion - he's going to star in a new cozy mystery series coming out (Paws & Alibis). Plus you can see he may already be getting spoiled.

It is now the overlord of the condo - I don't make breakfast fast enough - dinner seems to now be at a more leisurely pace (I didn't get barked at for being slow last night)

His paws are the chonkiest paws! They look like mini bear paws!!

So this week - we do have the release of Puck Buddies. I wasn't able to complete the Murder Memorabilia episode (they will return next week)... and I have some new ones coming in.

I still haven't decided on a new audio service - but I may need to suck it up and use Elevenlabs for the books and the basic one for MM since they are shorter..... or for both. I need to test to see how many I can do with their top tier but I'm not really there yet.

My husband didn't "get" why I was bummed this series ended for me when I finished writing it - but that's him. He didn't understand I love the characters, I love the storyline, I love the creatures... and well I love the attitude of Devil Cat (please don't tell the actual cat this).

But if you've been enjoying these slower just with audio.... YAY!!! You still have a bit to go and I can't even make the next one until the end of August when my dang credits refresh to create audiobooks. I won't change this one to a different service - though I almost want to hear the dramatization of Jill.....just sayin' - but I think that would require a lot of work to get the voice I want from AI.

Thank you everyone who reached out as well over the last week with Nala passing. I am healing - and writing stuff just sometimes helps. I will be looking for a new dog soon - my husband is going to be "testing" me by taking me to see puppies.... I mean but who doesn't want a puppy fix? That's kinda like a "baby-fix" and then you get to give them back.... I think he's trying to distract me from messing with his farm on Farmville 2 - where he seems to be ignoring a pig I like....

Ok I needed something to do - so y'all get to hear this one! It's also available free through Bookfunnel (link in description of the video)

So one of the audiobook systems who does have decent voices has a "dramatization" option and I decided to play with it to see what y'all think. I honestly don't know how good it is - I only listened to part of it. I wouldn't be able to do this all the time because that service is too expensive right now at the rate I release audiobooks - but it might be fun for some!!!

Please have a little patience with me this week as I am reeling from my dog, Nala, of 12 1/2 years passing away suddenly on Monday. She was my 3am writing partner and so much more. This picture was taken Monday morning when all was still right in the world.

So I may be a little slow on some the uploads and mixing this with the cool audio service I used for my voice clone going away - just ugh. We may need to use Google Play Voices again for a bit (sorry - I know they aren't the best) while I figure something out within budget.

Devil Cat has made his opinion known....

I JUST uploaded the final installment of this series on Amazon. I know it's the final one and honestly - it feels weird. I'm sad about it as I really love these characters and this whole thing.

I know I'll write another fantasy series like this - but it won't have Devil Cat (who was running around like a crazy cat this morning at 3am!) It won't have Jill.... it won't have Draven.... or Cogs....

Yeah you get the point.

This one though will not be available as an ebook until I put together the box set and will only be available as part of the box set (all digital at this point with no plans of making it a full paperback box set)
