I first came across breathwork in 2012, when I was welcomed by a yogi into his hut, in a village deep in Punjab, India. He showed me processes and tools which he believed had helped him to find deep inner peace and a sense of purpose in the world. I took these tools back to the UK and started my own journey towards deep inner peace and creating a better life for me and my family.
2020 came and the world went into lockdown. This was the biggest blessing I could have asked for. It allowed me space and time to start taking my practises deeper and to start guiding others through what I had learnt. Since then, I took this journey full time and now I'm walking and breathing this path.
