Just heard about a single mother and her child who lost their home to a fire this week.Ā If youāve got a spare $5 to donate, Iām sure it would help. Every little bit adds up.
Letās take care of each other.
Peace & blessings to all. xo

For a long time, I thought I needed to fix myself before I could be happy.
I spent years caught in self-doubt, shame, overwhelm, and the feeling that everyone else had life figured out except me. There were seasons when I questioned whether I even wanted to keep living.
I kept searching for more information, more self-improvement, more ways to become someone else.
What I eventually learned is that healing isnāt a finish line.
Itās a moment-to-moment practice of meeting yourself with compassion instead of judgment.
Over the years Iāve gotten sober on my own, lived in my car, rebuilt my life from scratch, and launched a YouTube channel knowing almost nothing about making videos.
In 2025, at age 55, I solo backpacked the 500-mile Colorado Trail. For years I had listened to fear and self-doubt tell me I couldnāt do it. Completing that hike taught me something I now carry into everything:Ā
confidence doesnāt come before actionāit comes from keeping promises to yourself.
That same year, I built simple online offers that continued to sell while I was completely offline for weeks. It was the first time I experienced real freedom.
But what Iām most grateful for isnāt the business, the hike, or any milestone.
Iām grateful that I stayed.
Iām grateful that I kept showing up for myself when I didnāt know what I was doing.
These days I help people stop overthinking, rebuild self-trust, and move their lives forward through small repeated actions.
Not because I have everything figured out.
Because I've learned that transformation doesn't come from having all the answers.
So hereās my question for you:
Whatās something youāve already done, survived, or followed through on that you donāt give yourself enough credit for?
Share it below. Iād love to celebrate you.

The internal freedom I experience now took me decades to uncover. I numbed everything I didnāt want to feel for a very long timeā¦
After I liberated myself from addiction to alcohol, I realized it was just the top of layer of more things I was using to distract me from facing what I didnāt want to face. Overspending, binge eating, social media⦠I released all of that in the past four years.
And the calm, ease, peace, and confidence Iāve discovered is something I once believed was impossible.
To be honest, the phone has been the hardest addiction to break. I still fall back into it from time to time.
What about you? Whats the one thing holding you back from the life you want?

Living on the road teaches you a lot about yourself.
One thing I noticed: the patterns I was running from at home followed me right into the desert.
Ever wonder why you can't change your life no matter how hard you try?
š Ask yourself this:
"What bad thing will happen if I get everything I want?ā
The first answer that comes up ā that's exactly what I go into in this video.

My coach once said something to me that Iāve never forgotten.
I'd told him everything I'd tried to change my life. Everything I'd done up til then to āfix myself.'
And he looked at me and said: āMaybe you donāt want this to change."
That question āĀ and how it became a turning point in my life ā is what this week's video is about.
Let me know how it lands for you.š«¶š¼

I used to do this a lot in the morning:
Wake up and grab my phone before I even got up.
Just straight into scrolling.
Switching apps. āCheckingā things. Not starting anything I said I was going to do.
And then the morning would already be gone before I even noticed it had begun.
Like a reflex I didnāt question.
I donāt do it as much anymore, but it still shows up when I wake up feeling overwhelmed and donāt want to deal with anything.
That first part of the morning is still the part that decides everything.
Itās that first move where I either reach for what matters to me⦠or I donāt.
Iām still working on catching patterns like this in my life.
Curious ā do you have that same moment where you know what you want to be doing, and you still donāt start?

After 5 summers living in my car, Iāve learned that surviving extreme heat is less about one āhackā and more about building a system that actually works day to day.
In this video, I share 14 things that helped me get through summer car living ā from shade, airflow, hydration, and sleep setups⦠to the small routines that make the biggest difference when temperatures climb.
āØThereās also a deeper layer to it:
what it looks like to stay steady mentally when your environment is uncomfortable for long periods of time.
If youāre living in your car, traveling, or just going through a difficult season and trying to make life feel more manageable ā I hope this video helps you.

This week I shared the 7 steps that helped me rebuild my life from 'rock bottom.'
One thing Iāve learned since then is that lasting change doesnāt happen through one giant breakthrough.
It happens through small repeated shifts.
Tiny decisions.
One next step.
Following through again and again until you start trusting yourself.
(Like taking a walk even though it's pouring rain because you told yourself youād get outside to exercise more.)
Thatās why every Sunday evening I send out a short note called šÆ One Thing.
One simple focus to help you:
free your mind
simplify your life
and move forward on what matters most to you.
If youāre rebuilding your life, reimagining it, or trying to stop overthinking and follow through more consistentlyā¦
