That was a fantastic week of Ignition training in the PLC Lab.

There is always a special energy in the room when that "aha!" moment hits and the concepts really start to click for everyone. I always walk away from these sessions learning just as much as the students do, thanks to the unique challenges and questions they bring to the table.

It was a great group and a good reminder of why I enjoy training so much.

We all get caught up in the hustle building, troubleshooting, and pushing to meet deadlines. It’s easy to convince yourself that you don't have the time to step away.

But sometimes, the most productive thing you can do for your business and your mind is to unplug.

Took a break from the grind today to walk up to the Mill Mountain Star. No screens, no incoming notifications, just a clear path up a mountain and a change of scenery.

Stepping away doesn’t mean losing momentum. It’s how you reset so you can come back and tackle the next challenge with a clear head.

We are diving deep into Siemens PLC and HMI integration today! I really like this trainer setup, even if it is not the classic TW Controls blue.

Had a great time at the Florida Automation Expo which is put on by the ISA Tampa Bay Section!

I really appreciate the invitation to speak and the chance to catch up with everyone.

The organizers are doing a fantastic job with this event. It has the community feel of a local show, but the level of execution and professionalism they bring puts it on par with much larger national events. Everything from the layout to the technical sessions was incredibly well done.
