Runcity Ug, whose real name is Kiwanuka Umar is a multi-talented musical artist hailing from the vibrant musical scene of Uganda with a fusion of Afrobeat, RnB, Afro Zouk, pop and dancehall has rapidly climbed the ladder of fame becoming one of Uganda’s most promising talents.
Born on 10th October 2003 in Busede Jinja City, Uganda. Runcity’s journey into the world of music began at a young age. He was fortunate to have a longtime friend,Dropper Beats who played a pivotal role in guiding him towards the studio and helping him master various musical instruments. These early experiences laid the foundation for Runcity future success.

Key to Runcity’s musical success is the collaboration with talented producers including Dropper Beats, Eyo Majesty and the ever supportive team. Their collective efforts have contributed to Runcity’s unique sound, setting him on the path to stardom.
