Day 7 West Highland way update: Sunshine and midges turns into crazy rainstorms! I’m getting the whole package.
It’s sad to say but the Snugpak Stratosphere has been a massive let down, failing in almost every way. Fortunately my good ole trusty tarp has saved the day… multiple times!
I’ve had a fantastic time though and what a great learning experience.
I’m 13 miles from Fort William (finish line) so home stretch now!

Day 3 of the West Highland Way! Smashing it! Just coming to the end of Loch Lomond (arguably the hardest section of the trail).
As you can see from the picture of my face the midges enjoyed a full English breakfast this morning 😆
But still my moral is 10/10! I love this place!
