🍲 घर का बना Magic Masala Powder (100 ग्राम के लगभग)
🧂 सामग्री: सामग्री मात्रा
धनिया पाउडर 2 टेबल स्पून
सौंफ (भुनी हुई) 1 टेबल स्पून
ज़ीरा (भुना हुआ) 1 टेबल स्पून
काली मिर्च 1 टीस्पून
लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 टीस्पून
आमचूर पाउडर 1 टेबल स्पून
प्याज़ पाउडर (या सुखी प्याज़ पिसी हुई) 1 टेबल स्पून
लहसुन पाउडर (या सूखा लहसुन) 1 टेबल स्पून
काला नमक 1 टीस्पून
नमक 1 टीस्पून (या स्वादानुसार)
शक्कर या पिसी चीनी 1 टीस्पून
गरम मसाला 1 टीस्पून
चाट मसाला 1 टीस्पून
कसूरी मेथी (भुनी हुई) 1 टेबल स्पून (हथेली से मसलें)
हल्दी 1/2 टीस्पून
🥣 बनाने की विधि:
1. सबसे पहले ज़ीरा और सौंफ को हल्का सा भून लें (खुशबू आने तक) और ठंडा कर लें।
2. अब सभी सूखी सामग्री को मिक्सी जार में डालें।
3. अच्छी तरह पीस लें जब तक बारीक पाउडर न बन जाए।
4. एयर टाइट डिब्बे में भरकर रखें।
🧑🍳 कैसे इस्तेमाल करें:
मैगी, पास्ता, पॉपकॉर्न, फ्राइड राइस, सब्ज़ी, पराठा, नमकीन, सेवई या सैंडविच में डालें।
1 टेबल स्पून मसाला + 1 टेबल स्पून बटर मिलाकर डिप भी बना सकते हैं।
