This is sooo relatable! Spot on with identifying the areas or traps as I would call them. I even related to the feelings of frustration with myself for creating the problem - buying backups, duplicates, deals/steals, a fantasy life, etc - then have the stuff unused or under-used, and ending up giving myself anxiety by all the clutter. Sharing this video as a reminder to myself, and hopefully helps others who are also struggling with it 💖
