It seems like everything is hitting me at once and I often cry myself to sleep worrying about things over which I have no control. I know deep down that God is able and that’s how I get through life. Without my faith I don’t see how I would make it. Living with PTSD and dealing with the issues of my mom and daughter I feel over whelmed. I’m gonna be posting more about mental health issues along with other topics to help spread awareness.

I made a video about no contact from adult children and it obviously triggered some folks. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, and because of that I won’t be going back n forth with anyone , because I know the WHOLE story.
