i think i have genuinely found the worst mascot horror game of all time and NOBODY has talked about it like ever. A game has genuinely never made me this angry in my god damn life in regards to its puzzles and gameplay before, and I am this close to fucking losing it oh my god i am so fucking done. i hate this game.

If I make a video on it, unless the ""5 endings"" are as easy as clicking a slightly different choice at the end, then i am absolutely not playing through all of the endings. I have clocked 9 hours of this game TODAY and the wide majority of it was split between me being stuck on the worst puzzle of all time, and the worst chase sequence of all time.

If I even HAVE the heart to actually complete this shit, I am not going back into this hell for the OTHER four endings and you can't make me. To make me or any other youtuber play this game MULTIPLE times should be legally the same as, at the very minimum, a war crime. And the fact people have paid $10 for this game at all should constitute as a second war crime.

I am so unbelievably pissed at this game that I honestly feel like Banban would be a pallet cleanser. It's that bad.

On 6/22/2026 DougDoug watched my "SCIENTIFICALLY Determining if DougDoug is bad at 2D platformers" video (reacting to it live) and challenged me in the live chat to a Double or Nothing whereas, if he could beat the Kaizo Mario ROM he had been speedrunning BEFORE my video reached its full runtime (about 24 minutes) that I had to make a pinned comment admitting that upon further examination he is in fact good at these games, whereas if he failed he would have to comment finally admitting that he is indeed bad at 2D platformers.

After a valiant head start, having nearly halved his time in the first half of the world, his chronic alopecia (male-pattern baldness) had unfortunately caught up to him, and he died for 7 straight minutes due to the very patience problem my video reports.

Although DougDoug is no longer with us, I would like it to be known that he did not die on his knees and instead died doing what he loved. That is, repeatedly claiming that it's his controller's fault and dying to the same jump over and over again. Although he died in vain and without honor, may the afterlife give him the peace that his 2d platforming skills did not grant him...

(Also he changed his Twitch Bio as well from him being 'good at 2d platformers' to 'good at metroidvanias')

Up until I was scheduling some shorts yesterday, I had absolutely no idea how dire it was with how much Youtube is pushing AI with shorts. For context, I was importing them from google drive to my phone, and then from my phone to Youtube because you cannot change the thumbnail of a short unless you explicitly upload it from your phone for some reason.

- The first option when selecting that you want to upload a short is "Create" which leads you to an AI prompt and dozens of AI videos underneath for "inspiration"

- When you go back and figure out how to upload your actual footage the biggest button is "Edit with AI" before the other actual edit buttons.

- "Is your short AI? Yes or No" it's not, but idk man I kind of feel like you REALLY REALLY want it to be. I also have to hope that, should someone use any of the above features, that this is automatically turned on/unable to be set as "not AI". Because if it's NOT set up like that then I might go to conspiracy land.

- When the short is eventually uploaded and posted, there is also the brand new "remix" feature which allows Youtube viewers to add their own AI prompts onto videos and graft them TO your short without permission

- I'm also not allowed to turn it off YET because the ability to say no has not been rolled out for me. Despite this however, both THIS account and my ALT have the full ability to "remix" OTHERS including my own content while I wait for "the ability to NOT consent to people generating my art and voice through Gemini VEO" to actually be given to me

Isn't it so odd that Neal Mohan "wants to reduce the AI Slop" while having 15 flashing signs in your face chanting "SLOP! SLOP! SLOP! SLOP!" when you try to post a short on your phone? so so strange hmmm wow

Ok, I know it's been a bit so here's a speedy update:

1.) New video this Friday! (DougDoug)

2.) There have been no videos as of late because I've been stockpiling them to work on 'the game I've been working on the side' again! Hoping to get way more progress done in this next while (and maybe an official announcement trailer and steam page by the end of the year?) Also will be sending a prototype to my developer friend to give me feedback soon!! Which is also cool!!!

3.) I've been meaning to play around with YT shorts again, so I've also got those ready for sometime next month (some Backrooms/Holders style creative writing leaning more into Traumacore and Dreamcore called The AURA State, have like 12 shorts prepped for while I'm "away" working on my other stuff).

4.) Yes, 100k special I promised back in the VidIQ where I talk about content creation is also ready, will be going up later this month after the DougDoug video! Will also be applying for the verification checkmark sometime after too.

5.) Weird chronic shit still kicking my ass, some other folks online with the same condition were recommending quitting caffeine to see if that helps with the brain fog/fatigue/body pain, so I'm going to be in migraine hell while my brain withdrawals, but hoping that can get me centered?

Thanks for the support on this years April Fools video, it was very difficult to put the pieces together. As for actual videos, I'm currently working on a theory video on Pokemon which should come out in the early half of this month!

Sorry for the lack of videos for the past while, like I said in a previous post I've been having weird health stuff going on for the past few months, and the video I HAD been putting energy into in that time turned out to be WAYYY longer than I originally planned (I have my editor working on that one now while I get some other content scheduled in the mean time! but research on it took quite a bit and it's an hour and 30 minutes long after being cut down)
