The American label DK Records has announced the upcoming release of KRUTO’s new mini-album — There are options. No choice. The title itself is a statement: “There are options — no choice.” This is more than just a musical project; it’s a sharp and ironic reflection on global politics, where, as the band suggests, Ukraine often becomes a stage for someone else’s performance.

The album brings together several earlier KRUTO songs, now forming a coherent dramatic arc. Among the tracks are “Trump-trump-tram-pam-pamp!”, “The New Master”, “There are options. No choice”, “Hooligan and Mafioso”, and a final remix. Each song serves as a small sonic play — a mix of rock energy, satire, and the sense of witnessing history in real time.

KRUTO stays true to its aesthetic: rock music infused with visual design, irony, and a philosophy of free expression. Rather than preaching, the band observes — capturing how global powers turn reality into theater. And while there may indeed be “options,” the question remains: is there a real choice?

The mini-album will be available on all major streaming platforms, including YouTube Music, Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon, Deezer, Tidal, TikTok, and more. The release comes under the wing of DK Records, a label known for supporting independent, idea-driven artists.

In recent years, deleting publications and blocking accounts on social networks has become a completely normal thing for us. This is understandable. The times are such - there is no time for democracy and any kind of freedom of speech. It has become too difficult to maintain power over fooled citizens, it is incredibly difficult to maintain the sterility of the politicized information space. And there are too many offended and frightened people among the people. Some are shocked by our T-shirts ("Well, you can't do this during a war!"), some do not like the advertising of these T-shirts, including songs and presentation videos ("There are suspicions that these are disguised Kremlin narratives!"). Such people write complaints. And social networks are forced to somehow respond to these complaints. If there are too many complaints, then it turns out that it is easier to immediately remove the content irritant, and only then figure out whether there were grounds for doing so. It is noteworthy that online censors usually refer to the fact that we allegedly violate certain rules of their communities (by the way, it is almost impossible to get an answer to the question - which provisions of these rules were violated)... Questions about specific grounds for bans are kicked out with persistent recommendations to "read the Community Rules more carefully." These same rules contain everything that is most criminal that you can imagine - from pornography and drug addiction to all forms of violence, discrimination, xenophobia and racism. They say, read, search, think and choose for yourself something most suitable for which we could preemptively repress you...

But yesterday, the moment of truth finally arrived! When the hyper-vigilant TikTok blocked our promo video once again (it was the soundtrack "Amen" for the T-shirt "I Believe"), and then blocked the page with all the videos - it finally gave an answer to this unanswerable question - "And what are we doing here for?! " It turned out... for terrorism. They explain it straight out - politely and seriously - that they prohibit "facilitating the trade in firearms and explosive devices", as well as "distributing instructions on how to make them".

Well, of course, we filed an appeal. And while it is being considered there - we decided to post our "terrorist" video somewhere else. For example, here. It would be interesting to test other social networks for totalitarian insanity too...
