Hey everypony. I apologize for another whole month and a half without audiobook content. With the pretty terrible things happening in the world lately. I can't really bring myself to have the motivation to do this in my free time. Just been playing Baldur's Gate 3 with 1000 mods and trying to to chill out whenever I get home from work. Hopefully my mood and motivation will improve soon.

Sorry I haven't put much out recently. I'm too often to tired to work on my channel as I try to get my sleeping pattern right for my recent return to work after taking 2 months off for an injury.
I'll get things going again by Sunday and I'll try to do another MPF Interviews done on Friday.

Happy New Year Everypony. Mystery Pony Fiction is officially 5 years old now.
I'm going to take the month of January off to recharge my motivation and deal with some life obligations. I'll keep the channel active with lower effort content like some compilations or Suno songs, or more of those interviews, which are a lot of effort actually.

If I do make some audiobooks in January I'll schedule them to start releasing in February.

I might as well ask in a poll while I'm here, what content that I regularly make are you most looking forward to in 2026?

Hey everypony. I got a bit spooked recently about Youtube proudly proclaiming that they are using AI to ban Youtube channels.

So for this reason I had to go and remove all the links to the stories in the description of my videos. This is because I have heard about Fanfiction reading channels getting banned for this, because of the not safe stories that can be found on that website.

This sucks because it is something that I have always felt was common courtesy to provide when I use someone's writing for content. But I can't take the risk of losing 5 years of work.

In addition I also had to declare all videos on my channel as having AI content, as this is another reason for channels getting banned.

Not all videos on my channel contain AI content. But I decided it would be quicker for me to select all my videos and click the Contains AI disclosure check box, then to manually go through them all. I will later go through and remove the disclosure from videos that don't have AI later when I have time.

I have created an account on Rumble and put just a few videos there, and later when I have time I will upload all my videos there, especially if I get banned from Youtube and have no other choice, subscribe to me there to show your interest in me uploading nore there. rumble.com/user/MysteryPonyFiction

I managed to make a strong start on my new Interviews show. Got a bunch of these done in a week as writers were eager to come onto to the show. I've scheduled them to release weekly into the next year, but if you become a member of the channel you can watch them now in addition to an hour of bonus preshow banter.

On the 2nd of December I'm releasing a SONG FOR: for a fanfiction I read 2 years ago, that I think was one of my best 'Symbiosis'. This is because the next day I'm releasing a reading of it's sequel Sol Invictus.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you know that I'm not dead. But my creativity kind of was.
I had hoped to get a bunch of spooky themed readings done by the end of October, but then some stuff in my life got too hectic and I was putting pressure on myself, to get them done before October was over and I wasn't really having fun, thinking about it and wasn't finding enthusiasm in it.
Soon I will return to the list of Nightmare Night themed episodes I had in mind, even though it's a bit too late thematically.

Hey everyone, sorry I'm running late on getting new audiobook content out. I had a creative burst of energy last month and got a month worth of content all done in a few days and got to do some other things while I had that buffer of future content.
Now I'm due to make more and I'm a bit too exhausted lately or don't really feel like doing it. I would have liked to just take time off until I feel like creating again, but my next set of stories I have planned are meant to all be for spooky season, so if I wait, that opportunity for October content will end.

Hope I'll get my muse back soon. I'll have some days off after Wednesday and hopefully I'll be up for it.
