I just want to say a big thanks to everyone who watched my last video and also to who is newly subscribed - it has exceeded my expectations in views and interaction. Many new subscribers, and we're almost at 500 which is HUGE for this small channel. It is nearly one year to date since I posted my first video, and I am happy to know that there is an audience out there for my style of content.
To all my friends in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast in the U.S. — I hope you are enjoying the mild and sunny weather today, but looks like we're in for another bout of winter weather. Happy New Year, folks! I know it's been a while since I've made a new video, but I just wrapped up a two-night adventure out in George Washington Nat'l Forest for some FREE dispersed camping alone in the cold with my loyal and faithful dog. First camping trip of the new year and a first filming trip since late summer. Lots of fun - new video from the trip coming out next week! Hope y'all are doing well and off to a good start — cheers!

It's been a couple months since I've been able to do a truck camping adventure, life just got in the way - but I've got something really cool cooking up for some free dispersed camping again in a higher elevation. Today, I'm braving the sun, heat, and humidity to change the oil and fuel filter in the ol' 7.3, plus I'm testing out the new recirc air for the portable AC running off the 1.5kwh power station with solar pass-through charging — huge difference! Recently did some lighting upgrades to the camper. Also, the dogs are getting used to using the ramp and getting inside being comfortable. New adventure in the works for a truck camping video - stay tuned!
