CHOOSING YOURSELF EVEN AFTER THE CHAOS

Sometimes all it takes is is just one disappointment, one heartbreak,one delay ,one bad day to choose yourself. In most cases we don't choose ourselves especially in relationships ,we tolerate all the red flags and gaslight the situation and think maybe we can change the person, sometimes we don't love ourselves enough to choose ourselves ,put ourselves first , cause when you Love yourself first you won't tolerate any disrespect from a partner or an acquaintance.
> Choosing yourself might seem hard sometimes because you really love this individual and you feel like they will change one day ,but the truth is the more we tolerate the less respect we gain from them
Most of the time people are stuck in toxic relationships because they fear choosing themselves,they fear starting over,they think about the plans they made but here's the thing the longer you stay in the wrong train the harder it is to go to the right place. Many people are being abused mentally, physically and emotionally just cause they chose to stay ,most of them even die. some stay for society,what are people going to think ,some in marriage stay for the children fear of them growing up in a house with a single parent but does staying for the children really help them? don't you think it only makes them traumatized and do you think that cycle of trauma would end when they grow and become parents?

How to start over after everything: I know it's hard , you're stuck , food is no longer your favorite,you feel like even God has forsaken you but he hasn't .
Starting over is hard but the first step to starting over is being able to let your heart speak through tears , it's okay to cry sometimes, don't hold it in ,be able to allow yourself to feel , embrace your emotions , don't bottle anything up ,talk about it with someone you trust ,make sure they don't screenshot the conversation,and remember whatever anyone does isn't your fault don't blame yourself because of a cheating partner , you are much more worth than a relationship , build your life , life is not always about relationships and love sometimes we constantly overthink about the less important things in our lives and forget the important things like building the dream house you've always wanted, working on yourself and your talents,our relationship with God ,most of us our spiritual lives are dry ,I'm one of the people who has a dry spiritual life and I realized that most of the things I spend my day overthinking about aren't even important

Some of us have made our relationships our idols even without noticing it if he/she hasn't called you can't even focus on your life , nothing seems right,when you argue you can't even study, everyone becomes your enemy, you're just too attached
But if we choose and love ourselves now we won't be able to tolerate any red flags and you will know your worth in life and it's much more bigger than that toxic relationship, friendship, familyship 😅
You will do things that will inspire people,you will change the world cause there's someone out there waiting to be encouraged by you ...
