Whenever Mental Health is being mentioned, what comes to the mind of many is madness, this is not supposed to e so.

A lot of folks are shy and afraid to even speak up when it relates to mental health. The society has conditioned it to be weakness, bad and evil.

On the religious aspect, we have attacked, beaten, humiliated and despised those who have mental illnesses so much that no one wants to be asssociated with it.

Why?

Knowledge has come to you today about Mental Health, what are you going to do about it?

You are going to stop the discrimination against people who have the illness, you are going to speak up for help, and you are going to share the information with others.

As 2025 winds down, many of us are already looking toward the finish line.

To run faster next year, we must first evaluate what we are carrying.

Here are 3 things to reflect on this week:

1. The Weight: What weighed you down most this year? Whether it was a toxic environment, a stagnant job, a relationship or a personal habit—how do you plan to "drop the baggage" so you can move lighter in 2026?

2. The Mindset: Which mental models or limiting beliefs held you back? How do you now adopt a better and higher-level mindset for better 2026?

3. The Goal: What is that recurrent goal you’ve always aimed for in the past years but haven't hit yet? Determine exactly what needs to adjusted, added or removed to make it a reality next year.

Reflection is the bridge between your experiences and growth; and you determine how you want the year to be.
