I’ve loved seeing my community rocking the MWDM hoodies!
Many people have shared with me that they love the slogan “Stronger Everyday” but it means so much more to me.
To me it means…
1️⃣ Aging does NOT = weakness and decreased performance.
We can all experience the true benefits of strength training at any age.

3️⃣ Consistency over Intensity
