If it rained all day… 🌧️
No one would call you
Nothing to do
Nowhere to go
How would you choose to spend it? 💭

🌸 Imagine walking through a garden after rain.
Tiny drops resting on petals…
The air fresh and peaceful.
What flower do you imagine here?

Hi guys, I hope you’re well. Sharing a few tips that can make these videos work even better for sleep 😴🌧️…
1. 🎚️Set the volume just a little above your room’s normal noise. If it’s too loud, your brain can start “listening” to it. If it’s too quiet, it won’t cover the little background sounds (like air con, traffic, hallway noise, etc). A good rule: turn it up until it gently smooths everything out… then drop it a tiny touch.
2. 🔆If you’re using your phone, maybe dim your screen. Turn the brightness down a little, and switch on Night Shift (or Reduce White Point) if you have it. Less screen glow… more sleepy brain.
3. 😴Wake up easily around 3 or 4am? Try letting the rain play through the night. That steady sound can help keep the outside noises from pulling you back to full alertness.
Hope this helps you get a deeper, calmer sleep tonight.
Thank you for being here with me…

Today I read many comments like: "I fell asleep listening to it," "Thanks to the sound of the rain, I slept more soundly last night."
Such simple words warmed my heart immensely.
Thank you for letting the sound of rain play a small part in your sleep.
Did you sleep well tonight?

Behind the scenes: Sound of gentle rain falling on flowers and leaves. We hope that when you listen to our sounds, you will always feel refreshed and pleasantly "bloom" like these flowers.
