Update: I became a Christian 4 months ago and self improvement finally makes sense through the lens of Yeshua Christ.
Prayer is the original meditation. Milk, fruit, honey, salt is the original diet. Not relying on your own self to pull you out of depression, porn/drug addiction, bad habits is the original grace.
Most yt channels that preach self improvement don’t want to admit that they’re secretly pulling from scripture—but keep Jesus out of it.
