My safe space is under construction, so it might be a little before I record a video or snap new pics. In a surprising turn of mindset, I’m leaning into the forced break instead of fighting against it. Turns out my unrealistically high expectations for myself causes me the most stress… big surprise.

So, I’m still here. Mostly just under a blanket on my couch with my lap desk… journaling or reading or whatever. Notebook time. Watching TV shows without guilt. Feeling pretty good.
