STORYTIME: I was doing an Instacart delivery, and these 2 kids came up to me. They said they were subscribed to me and asked me to take a picture with them. They didn't have phones themselves, and I asked if I could share it anywhere but they didn't really have an answer.

I was trying to figure out what to do with this photo. I wanted to share it, but didn't want to without parents permission. However, a friend had a good idea about adding emojis over their faces, so that's what I'm doing 😊

Very first time I've EVER been recognized, so that is awesome, never expected that this early on, especially at only 4,174 subscribers, but that's awesome. Appreciate you guys ❤️

Somehow she defied the odds. Our 16 year old Mookie's sugar is normal and she's maintaining her oxygen levels again. She was able to go home and has been okay since ❤️
I even asked the doctor to make whatever decision he thinks is best, at the time, he said it wasn't looking good and thinks it may be time. But Mookie was fighting, kept fighting the doctor by pulling her oxygen mask off over and over, kept fighting despite the oxygen drops. That made him change his mind. He said if she wants to fight, we should let her fight.
They kept her on IV, put her in an oxygen chamber, and now she's okay. She can maintain everything on her own again!

I'm not sure if Mookie is going to make it today.
She had all the symptoms of end of life this morning.
Couldn't get up, peed herself, pooped herself, drooling everywhere, seizing up over and over.
I thought that was it, but it just kept going, so I took her to the vet.
Her blood sugar was 29, they stabilized that, but that's not all this time.
She can't hold oxygen. The second the oxygen mask comes off it starts dropping to the 80s which is danger level and her heart rate is weak.
They're going to attempt an oxygen chamber for 2 hours and decide from there what's best.

Monday night. If I didn't choose to get gas, which I wasn't planning to do that night, I either would have been at a red light or involved in this accident. Thank God I decided to get gas.
Car ran the red light, truck slammed on the brakes hard almost immediately but it was too late.
I heard the loud BOOM, called 911 immediately, first time I ever had to myself for a real emergency, thankfully others were around to help, multiple people also called right away, nobody was filming, just helping. I only took this photo when 911 asked me what vehicles were involved and if anyone was hurt. According to the people that were helping, nobody SEEMED badly hurt and each person was able to get out of their vehicles on their own.

So.. I'm in a bit of a situation.

Unfortunately I'm one of the lucky few where EVERY single top tooth is grown into my nasal membrane. Also unfortunately, 3 of them are currently broken and need pulling. Because of my situation up there, regular dentists refuse to do it and all recommend me to an oral surgeon.

I've went once due to pain I couldn't handle, and I'm about there again. Sadly, it costs $1300 PER TOOTH to be pulled due to $700 for the tooth + $600 to sew up the hole it puts in the membrane.

Now I CANNOT afford $3900, even my care credit can just barely do 1 of the 3 I need pulled at that cost and won't increase my limit.

I have no idea what to do. I've looked up low cost dental, every one I found doesn't include oral surgeons. I've looked up dental insurance. The ones I found require you to pay them for a year first before even starting to kick in, and even when they do they only cover a percentage of the cost.

I don't know where to go or what to do. If I wait much more, I could be risking my health, possibly infecting my nasal membrane itself, leading to breathing problems, etc. Plus facial bone issues if it seeps into the bone.

If anyone has any info I may not have tried yet, please let me know.
