📣 ANNOUNCEMENT: NEW ABA STUDY BREAKDOWN VIDEO!

Are you struggling to understand how BCBAs should collaborate with other professionals? 🤝
This is one of the most important — and most confusing — topics in ABA… but I’ve got you covered.

In this video, I break down ABA Collaboration (H.8) in a simple, step-by-step way so it actually makes sense and is easy to remember for your exam.

✨ In this video, you’ll learn:
✔️ What collaboration really means in ABA
✔️ Why teamwork improves client outcomes
✔️ How to communicate clearly and respectfully with other professionals
✔️ The importance of knowing your role and staying within your competence
✔️ How to handle disagreements without conflict
✔️ How to evaluate non-behavioral treatments step by step
✔️ How to ALWAYS prioritize the client’s best interest

This topic is essential for RBTs, BCaBA exam prep, and BCBA exam prep, especially when questions test ethics, teamwork, and decision-making.

💡 Remember:
👉 Work together for the client
👉 Stay in your lane, but understand others
👉 Evaluate before reacting
👉 Safety always comes first

🚨 H1 • H2 • H3 MADE SIMPLE (ABA EDITION)

If you’re studying ABA or working in the field, this is something you NEED to understand:

👉 H1: Find the FUNCTION first
👉 H2: Teach a REPLACEMENT behavior
👉 H3: Make it socially VALID & EFFECTIVE

💡 Most people try to stop behavior first…
But in ABA we do it differently:

✨ We ask WHY is it happening?
✨ We teach a better way to get that same need met
✨ We reinforce the new behavior so it actually works

🔥 Remember:
Don’t just stop behavior — teach what to do instead.

ABA Breakdowns

Everyone learns differently.

Some people learn best by reading.
Some learn best by listening.
And some learn best by watching something explained step by step, like a movie.

That’s why I create ABA content in a simple, easy-to-understand way. I know not everyone connects with complicated textbook explanations, and sometimes people just need to hear it broken down clearly and visually.

I want to help make ABA easier to understand for everyone, whether you are a student, parent, RBT, or just someone who wants the topic explained in a more real and relatable way.

Drop a comment and tell me what ABA topic you want me to break down next 👇

📚 ABA Study Drop: Group Contingencies Made Simple

If you’re studying ABA and group contingencies still feel confusing, this is one of the easiest ways to break it down:

✅ Pick a strong reinforcer
✅ Define the target behavior clearly
✅ Set an achievable criterion
✅ Choose the right type of group contingency
✅ Watch for peer conflict or sabotage

And then ask the big question during evaluation:
Is it actually working?

A lot of people memorize definitions but forget the real key:
Group contingencies should be clear, fair, effective, and socially valid.

💭 Quick review:
- Dependent = one person’s behavior affects the whole group
- Interdependent = everyone has to meet the goal
- Independent = each person earns reinforcement individually

This is the kind of ABA content I turn into simple study visuals so it’s faster to learn and easier to remember.

👇 Question for the community:
Which one is hardest for you to remember:
Dependent, Interdependent, or Independent group contingency?
