Health and wellness has been a huge part of my life for the last 7 years, and the journey has truly changed my life.
Over the years, my relationship with movement and nutrition has evolved a lot. I've finally landed in a place where I move in ways that my body loves and focus on doing what feels good. I approach food the same way. I think of it as fuel, while still making room for fun and sweet treats (I definitely have a sweet tooth).
I'm not exactly sure where this channel will go, but I do know that I want to keep sharing workouts. I'd also love to start sharing more wellness, nutrition, and nervous system regulation tips in the future.
