Loop the charm bag in a necklace under your shirt or put in a pocket, periodically check the charm bag to see if it changes or rots. Switch out the contents when/if it does and re-consecrate it when needed.
The affirmations/prayers are up to you and you're welcome to work this with a spirit your already work with like San Miguel, Santa Muerte, La Virgen de Guadalupe, or any other spirit that you align with.
