You can be successful, busy, and surrounded by people - and still feel completely disconnected from yourself.

That's not a productivity problem. That's self-abandonment.

And honestly? Most high-achieving women don't even realize it's happening until they're exhausted, running on empty, and wondering why nothing feels like enough.

Self-abandonment doesn't look like laziness. It looks like being the most dependable person in every room to everyone except yourself.

I know that feeling intimately. I built a whole career, checked every box, and quietly hated the life I was living.

That's why I'm sitting down with ‪@drjasmineescalera‬ on March 31st for a live, intimate conversation about exactly this - Breaking the Cycle of Self Abandonment.

We're going deep on:

→ Why self-abandonment is so common in high-achieving women (and why it's not your fault)
→ The generational and cultural patterns that shaped how you relate to yourself
→ My personal journey from burnout and self-rejection to building the Absolute Self-Love movement
→ The 12 Pillars of Absolute Self-Love from my upcoming book, Falling Madly in Self-Love
→ Real, practical ways to start coming back home to yourself

This isn't a motivational talk. It's not surface-level self-care advice.

This is the real conversation - the one most people are too afraid to have.

🎁 We're also giving away a copy of Falling Madly in Self-Love to one lucky live attendee - so you definitely wanna be there!

Join us live on March 31 at 7:00 PM ET. It's free.

One conversation can change how you show up for yourself for the rest of your life.

The version of you that's done running from herself is already waiting. Come meet her on March 31.

December 2025: Laid off.

January 2026: Published my first book.

February 2026: Launched my course.

March 2026: Magazine feature.

From the outside, it looks fast.

From the inside, it was years of inner work finally meeting self-trust.

Losing my job felt scary at first.

But it forced me to stop negotiating with the guidance I’d been receiving for years.

And when I stopped abandoning myself… everything started moving.

Alignment moves differently than force.

New magazine feature is live if you want to read the full story 💛

Real question for you:

Has a “setback” ever secretly redirected you toward something better?

You can’t think your way into a new life.

For years, I relied almost entirely on mindset and mental strength to create change.

“I can do anything I set my mind to.”

And I did.

But I forced my way to results - overriding my body, ignoring intuition, pushing through resistance.
It worked.

But it cost me.

In this video, I’m sharing why true transformation goes deeper than positive thinking and affirmations.

Real change happens at three levels: Mind. Body. Energy.

If your nervous system is still wired for survival, you will build from survival - no matter how strong your mindset is.

Mindset without nervous system safety feels like pressure. Desire without regulation feels like threat.

You cannot sustainably create or receive what your body does not feel safe holding.

This is identity work. Not hustle.

If this resonates, I unpack this much deeper in my book Falling Madly in Self-Love: The Real Secret to Manifesting Your Dream Life.

There’s a strange grief after you create the thing you were guided to create.

No one talks about this part.

I asked God for clarity.
I received the vision.
I built the thing.
I published it.

And instead of celebration…

I felt exposed.
Wobbly.
Unsettled.

I used to think that meant something was wrong.

Now I understand:

When you create something aligned, you upgrade your identity.

And then comes the real initiation.

Can you hold it?

Because if you only show up when you feel good, your dream will always feel fragile.

Absolute Self-Love isn’t about constant confidence.

It’s about this:

I can feel grief.
I can feel doubt.
I can feel fear.

And I will not abandon myself.

This is the work.

Not hype.
Not “high vibe.”
Not performance.

Holding yourself through the expansion.

And that’s exactly why I created the Absolute Self-Love Experience.

Not to teach you how to feel better…

But to guide you into the version of you who can hold your expansion -
on the days that feel powerful
and on the days that feel heavy.

We begin tomorrow.

This is a 6-month initiation for leaders and visionaries who are done creating from survival.

Doors close February 23rd.

This isn’t about more information.

It’s not about becoming someone new.

This is embodiment.

It’s about ending the internal war
and becoming the version of you who can hold the life you say you desire.

Because here’s the truth:

You don’t need more strategy.
You don’t need more discipline.
You don’t need another mindset shift.

You need to remember who and what you are -
a Divine, Limitless Creator -
and come home to yourself.

If you feel the pull, it’s not random.

The question isn’t “Do I feel ready?”

The question is:

Will I keep abandoning myself when it gets hard…
Or will I finally choose to stay?

The door is open.

Let’s walk through it together.

I almost quit earlier this week.
Like… really quit.

The kind where fear gets loud and you start questioning whether believing in your dream was a mistake.

And then the very next day, something unexpected happened.

I received a message from my audiobook narrator telling me that reading my book helped her climb out of her own “muck.”

Let that sink in.

Here I was, feeling like everything I’d been building from truth was collapsing -
while my words were quietly doing exactly what they were meant to do.

It reminded me of something I forget sometimes (maybe you do too):

✨ Evidence doesn’t always show up as money or a finished outcome.
✨ Sometimes it shows up as impact before income.
✨ Confirmation before comfort.

If you’re in the gap right now - between what you know is possible and what you can actually see - hear this:

Your dream isn’t random.
It isn’t irresponsible.
And you’re not foolish for wanting more.

You might actually already be living the dream… just from inside the fear.

💭 Question for you:
Have you ever received confirmation right after you almost gave up?

(And yes — something new is coming soon for leaders & visionaries who are ready to stop chasing and start attracting. 💫)

I used to dream about this moment.
Cried for it.
Waited through seasons where it felt so far away.

And now… people are sending me photos of themselves holding my book.
Reading it.
Receiving it.

This isn’t just a book in someone’s hands.

It’s a living reminder that when you stop abandoning yourself, your dream life does meet you.

I am a walking testament to the message I share.
And watching others begin their own remembering?

That’s the real miracle. 💖
This is just the beginning.

I used to wear “perfectionist” like a badge of honor.

I’d even list it as a weakness in job interviews -
thinking it secretly meant disciplined, driven, high-performing.

What I didn’t realize back then
was that perfectionism wasn’t a strength at all.

It was a mask.

A quiet, socially acceptable disguise for self-hate.

Because what I was really saying (without knowing it) was:
• I have to overperform to be enough
• I have to overdo to be seen
• I have to overgive to be heard

And here’s the part that shocked me the most:

That mindset wasn’t getting me closer to my dream life -
it was pushing me further away.

Perfectionism fed the hard-worker identity.
And that identity slowly drained my joy, my health, and my alignment.

When I began my Absolute Self-Love journey, the truth became impossible to ignore:

Perfectionism wasn’t helping me manifest my dream life.
It was blocking it.

Because dreams don’t come from proving.
They come from alignment.

Now - let me be honest - perfection still shows up sometimes.
(Like recently, while I was working on a free morning ritual for my community 😅)

But here’s what’s different now:

Awareness changed everything.

The old version of me doesn’t run the show anymore.

So when perfectionism pops up, I don’t shame her.

I acknowledge her.
I forgive myself for slipping into old programming.
I declare the opposite truth.
And I thank her for revealing what was still trying to run the system.

That’s the real release.

Absolute Self-Love isn’t about never reverting.
It’s about recognizing the pattern before it hijacks your life.

And that awareness?
That’s where freedom begins.

I go much deeper into perfectionism - and how it quietly kills your dreams - in my book Falling Madly in Self-Love.

Sometimes self-love feels like heartbreak.

When I first began this journey, I thought self-love would feel soft and comforting.
Long walks. Warm baths. Positive affirmations.
Relief.

But real self-love didn’t soothe me at first.
It broke me open.

Because loving myself meant telling the truth - not the pretty version.
The honest one.

It meant removing masks I’d worn for years.
Admitting where I had abandoned myself.
Grieving how long I stayed in places I’d already outgrown.

No one really talks about this part.

That choosing yourself can feel like losing the identity you were praised for.
That healing requires facing truths you learned to avoid.
That love - real love - asks for honesty before it offers relief.

Here are five quiet ways self-abandonment shows up (often unnoticed):

Saying “yes” when your body is saying “no.”

Hiding how you really feel to maintain harmony.

Shrinking so others don’t feel uncomfortable.

Overriding your intuition because logic feels safer.

Feeling guilty for wanting more than survival.

Self-love isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you were before you learned to leave yourself behind.

And yes - that remembering can feel like heartbreak at first.
But it’s the only heartbreak that heals.

Try this today:
Write down one truth you’ve been avoiding - no fixing, no judgment.
Just honesty.

That single act is often where the return begins.

My book is officially LIVE on Amazon.
And wow… getting here required 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 in me.

I thought writing the book would be the hardest part.

Turns out, 𝘱𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 a high-quality self-published book that looks and feels like a traditionally published one?

That was a whole different story.

Editors. Beta readers. Proofreaders.
Formatting rules. Software limitations. “That’s just how it has to be done” moments that tested every ounce of my patience and trust.

At one point, what looked like limitations forced me to get creative—and what I 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 were “workarounds” actually made the book 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 than I originally planned.

That’s what happens when you stop forcing… and start listening.

The day before I submitted the book, I had a full-blown crying-on-the-floor meltdown.
Questioning everything. Ready to give up. Wondering why my soul chose this path.

And then I paused.

I went inward instead of quitting.
I anchored back into truth.
And I remembered this was bigger than me.

When you’re on assignment, God—and honestly, the entire freaking universe—has your back.

So I stayed.
I chose to be the vessel.
And here we are.

I’m a published author, sharing a raw, soul-led message with the world.
Best seller loading 😎✨

I’m sharing this for anyone who feels like everything is falling apart right before the finish line.

That’s not always a sign to quit.

Often, it’s an invitation to go deeper—to remember who you are and anchor into your truth.

📘 𝙁𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙖𝙙𝙡𝙮 𝙞𝙣 𝙎𝙚𝙡𝙛-𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚 is for those who are done abandoning themselves and are ready to stop chasing their dream life… and start living it.

🎧 Audiobook coming soon.

You’re not broken.
You’re being refined.
And you don’t have to walk it alone.
