Why change you name if you are the same host in the system?
I changed my ONLINE name because of how the name "grey" is thrown around in the drama and i didnt need to get to a point where that name becomes triggering for me thats why i no longer respond to that name online. But idk. Our caretaker in the system helps keep us off the hate posts for our mental stability so we dont need to leave the internet.

I really like the book good girls stay quiet because honestly some of the emotional abuse that entails represents me in a way and the way those two stuffed animals well one is a stuffed animal Noah and the other is her creation. Sally talk to her but only she can hear them and they also talk to her just in her brain. They don’t have to only be there for her to talk to them. Reminds me of how my DID and how my system works, and it reminds me of what to alter is talking to each other and having conflict can be like like when Noah and Sally would bicker in Cora‘s head everyone I really recommend this book. It’s such a good book. Please go listen to it or read it. It’s called. Good girls. Stay quiet.
