They're scripts. And most of them were written by someone else — a parent, a teacher, a culture, an experience - and handed to you before you were old enough to question the author.

Here's what I've learned: the way you talk to yourself becomes the architecture of your life. Tell yourself you don't deserve rest, and you'll build a life with no room for it. Tell yourself you're not ready, and you'll wait forever for a permission slip that was always yours to write.

So start here. Not with a complete rewiring - just with noticing. The next time that voice says something about who you are or what you deserve, pause. Ask one question: would I say this to someone I love?
