For any Star Citizens who are having issues with rented ships not showing in ASOP terminals, this is what worked for me:
On windows, click Start - type CMD, right-click - run as admin, type "ipconfig /flushdns" without quotes and hit enter, then type "ipconfig /renew" and hit enter. Now just restart your game and voila.

*Star Citizen Patch 4.8 WIPE Confirmed!*

"Thursday sees Alpha 4.8 going live, and with it, Tactical Strike Groups. This is your moment, pilots — and it's just the start of what 4.8 has in store. If you want to go deeper on Tactical Strike Groups specifically, keep an eye out for the accompanying Spectrum FAQ. Plus, there will be a Q&A Comm-Link with answers to some of your biggest questions about new features and content coming with the patch.

We know many of you are making plans for Patch Day, so we want to give you a heads-up. With the release of Alpha 4.8, we'll be performing a wipe of in-game resources, items, vehicles purchased with aUEC, and earned aUEC balances.

This reset is an important step toward stabilizing the economy as various new systems come online. Alongside it, we've also introduced additional safeguards aimed at reducing the exploits and duplication issues that impacted the economy previously.


*Here's what you'll keep:*
1. Vehicles obtained through Wikelo

2. Blueprints
3. Any item or vehicle entitled to your account (visible in the "My Hangar" section at robertsspaceindustries.com)"

I, for one, am very happy that the economy is getting a reset. It's good for the game and VERY much needed! Now I can finally start the grind (yet again) and have some fun earning money.

I've always said this, the game is MUCH more fun the less money or ships you have. It gives you something to aim for, work for, get excited for! Having it all (and like many others, I've had it all a few times now) is overrated. The sooner you stop focusing on JUST making money and just play, explore, socialize, the more fun you'll have.
