Years ago I began a journey and I had no idea what would be ahead of me. I had no clue how heavy the path would be. Most weeks I come home on Sunday and shed some tears, because I’ve spent the week hearing horror stories about what people are suffering through in the Matrix system we live in when it comes to health. And because I have been shut down before, I can’t really say my true opinions….

So I do what I can when I meet people. Through the natural skincare products themselves, the Iridology and Detox Coaching and of course the Personal Training.

I’ve come to accept that I’m the crazy tree hugger who eats fruit and says we can heal when we believe Jesus can help us get there. I’m the silly woman that has seen countless testimonies from my skincare line alone. I cry ALL the time with joy in my heart as they share… People telling me that they aren’t suffering on their skin anymore!

I’m the ridiculous Coach who says that your body doesn’t need protein and is seeing clients lose 30+ lbs and getting off meds.

The extremist who when I have pain or headaches or get super sick, I holistically care for my body through natural means to get it back to health…. And it does.

I’ve reached a place where I’m done caring what the Matrix says. I’ve left that world spiritually, emotionally, mentally and even physically. I’d much rather be an extremist who sees miracles through God intended means than to follow a system that is truly doing harm. To God be the glory for every testimony, for every smile and for every tear I cry whether in joy or in pain.
The time to be aware, awake and proactive, is now.

Today, after many years of hard work, with lots of life happening along the way that put growing my channel on hold for a long time, I have finally reached my first goal of 1k followers! I wanted to keep going, but just couldn’t at the time. So this day is very special for me, because it represents my own personal healing….🫶🏼
