Some moments in medicine stay with you forever.

A few months ago, one of my patients arrived in an extremely critical condition with massive gastrointestinal bleeding and hemodynamic instability. It was a race against time. Through timely endoscopic intervention, including endoscopic glue injection, coil embolization, intensive stabilization, and multidisciplinary critical care, we were fortunate to save his life and help him recover completely.

Today, receiving this beautiful gesture of gratitude in the form of his book "गंगा के आर्य – मगध का उत्कर्ष", along with his heartfelt acknowledgment, is deeply humbling.

As doctors, we rarely expect recognition. But when a patient remembers your efforts long after recovery, it becomes one of the greatest rewards of this profession. Such moments reaffirm why we continue to take on the most challenging cases and strive to give our very best.

My sincere gratitude to the patient and his family for their trust, and to my entire team whose dedication made this possible.
