CASE UPDATE:
I covered the case of the Martin family in two separate videos on my channel, first when their suspected car was discovered by diver Archer Mayo, and later when personal belongings and human remains were found inside the submerged vehicle. In my last video, we were still waiting for confirmation on whether those remains belonged to the three missing family members.

We now have that answer: there has been a positive identification.

A huge thank you to Archer for his incredible work and years of dedication to this case. It has been far too long for this family to go without a proper burial, and because of his efforts, that will finally be possible. May they rest in peace.

I wasn’t going to make a post at all about this because it isn’t worth more of my energy but I do feel need to for one main point. So, a recent video of mine was posted on a separate platform and instead of the comment section focusing on the case at hand, it was primarily negative comments about me. I’m fine with constructive criticism but once you become nasty in some way then that criticism goes out the door completely. I have received hundreds of negative comments through the years, it does come with the territory, but I truly never expected the topic of a person’s tragic death to turn into a mob of hate-filled commenters. Make fun of my hair, my voice, my teeth, my tattoos, my weight, my pale skin, my nose rings, I’ve heard it all but making up complete lies is another thing. My point is, if you hear something regarding a creator you support that doesn’t sit right with you, do a little research or even reach out. There are people out there who will either confuse creators with another creator (happens often with me and I get attacked stuff I didn’t do or say) or fabricate absolute nonsense just because they can. Please take what you read with a grain of salt unless there’s some actual proof backing it up. The majority of creators, big and small, aren’t these greedy soulless superficial people that some people in forums make us out to be. We are not robots and do get affected by stampedes of negativity and if we stick up for ourselves then we are labeled weak and told to “just take it”. Anonymity online can make you feel untouchable but I feel better knowing I don’t spent my free time spreading cruelty and false information. The post also resulted in actual misinformation regarding the case getting spread and because I was the one being targeted, nothing I said to clarify or correct anything was being taken seriously. Which can honestly be so harmful.

Be kind.

Today marks ten years since I uploaded my first video on this channel and I just wanted to thank you all for the support over the past decade, whether you’ve been here since 2016 or just subscribed yesterday. I don’t share much about my personal life on the internet but I’ve had some pretty dark moments since my start on here but one thing was always consistent and a light in my life and that was this channel and my incredible viewers. I didn’t know the exact direction I wanted to take my channel at the beginning but overtime it became a place of telling stories that deserve to be told and advocating for those who aren’t here to advocate for themselves. I know that I don’t have the biggest channel of course but we’ve done so much good and that’s all I’ve ever wanted to do in life was help others in some way. We’ve helped raise funds to restore names to the unnamed, provide victims with the dignified burials they deserve, and support families of the missing and murdered in telling their loved ones’ stories with the care and respect they deserve. I’m not perfect, I’ve made mistakes, there’s weeks I’m not doing well enough to post, YouTube doesn’t have the best algorithm, but this is my biggest passion and it means a lot to have so many people tune in every time I post. I pay attention to the regular commenters, I recognize so many of you that have been here for years, and it just means more than you know.

I did have some things planned for this month but unfortunately life hit me pretty hard and I lost a very close friend of mine on the 10th and I’ve spent most of this month grieving. He was one of the few friends I’ve had that showed such support for my channel, one of two people I know personally that was even subscribed to my Patreon. That’s just the type of person he was. I want to dedicate this post to him and all of you.

Thank you for ten years. I can’t promise it will be another ten but I’ll be here posting as long as I can. See you all in a video posted later today.

Love, Gabby

Last year I did two videos on the case of Elisa Roberson, a 13 year old girl who vanished from Aransas Pass, Texas on August 6, 1989 after walking a few blocks to meet a friend. I worked with Elisa’s younger sister, Ruby Roberson Hall, for my videos and she reached out to me recently to invite me and inform me of a birthday memorial service being held for Elisa on Monday, January 12 in Aransas Pass.

Anyone who wants to show their support is welcome to join the event and celebrate Elisa’s 50th birthday. Information on the event is the second slide. Elisa deserved the opportunity to live her life long enough to reach 50 years old. While she may no longer be here physically, even the smallest acts help preserve her memory.

You can keep up with Elisa’s case by joining the Facebook group ran by her sister:

Hi everyone, I just wanted to give a quick update in a case I covered previously on my channel. Peaches Jane Doe and her baby girl were identified as Tanya Denise Jackson and her daughter Tatiana Dykes in April of this year. Their bodies were found 14 years apart but their lives were both taken in 1997. Just yesterday it was released publicly that Tatiana’s father, 66 year old Andrew Dykes, was charged in connection to the case.

Let us keep their loved ones in our thoughts during this time and hope for justice to finally be served at the end of it all.

CASE UPDATE!

There has been an incredible update in the case of Lonene Ray Rogers. An update her loved ones have been waiting decades for.

Lonnie was last seen on the evening of January 7, 1981, at her home on Route 98 in the Littles Corners area of Hatfield Township, Pennsylvania. That night, she had an argument with her husband, Clinton “Bud” Rogers and was never seen again. Her daughter Alison has taken a leading role in advocating for the case. I spoke to her for my video on her mother’s case and she has fought so hard for so long for this sort of news. It seems what many suspected for so long may be the truth of what happened that night back in 1981.

Let us keep Alison and the rest of Lonnie’s family and friends in our thoughts during this time. May justice finally be served in a case that so desperately deserves it.

Hey everyone! So, I had a video set to go up today around 6 pm but a little bit before I was planning to make it go live I found quite a few other things regarding the case that I want to include in the video. It will take another few days to redo my script, re-film, and re-edit, so unfortunately the video is not going to be up before the end of the month, but it will be the first case that I cover in January since December is dedicated to John and Jane Doe cases.

Also, I read through everyone’s comments and it seems most of you really want me to still find a way to cover the Plaquemines Parish John Doe case since my last upload faced a few issues for sensitive subject matter. I’m going to rework the script and see if I can still cover the case without any issues so that case will most likely be my first video of December.

I hope you all are having an amazing holiday season! 🍁🍂🧡

CASE UPDATE:

In April of last year I covered the case of Little Miss Lake Panasoffkee, an unknown woman who was found deceased under the Lake Panasoffkee Bridge near Interstate 75 in Sumter County on February 29, 1971. She had been found with a belt around her neck and was wearing a distinct green ensemble. She was given the name Little Miss Lake Panasoffkee and that’s what she would be known as for 54 years.

Finally, after over 5 decades, she has her name back. In life she was 21-year-old Maureen L. Minor Rowan, known as "Cookie” to her loved ones.

Detectives have identified Maureen’s estranged husband, Charles Emery Rowan Sr., as a person of interest in her case. He died in 2015 though.

Anyone with helpful information regarding her case is urge to contact the Sumter County Sheriff's Office at (352)793-2621 or to Crimeline at 1-800-423-TIPS (8477).

———————————————————————

For anyone wondering if I will be covering the update in a video soon, yes, I will. This case has been one I frequently came back to since I covered it and I’ve been keeping up with the progress in her identification. My thoughts are with her loved ones during this time. 🕊️

I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has shown support for my most recent merch drop that I mentioned in my last video. Like I said in the video, I wanted my merch to mostly focus on victim advocacy and some of the topics discussed on my channel. I get an email every time a purchase is made and it just means so much. After the success of this launch I do plan to release some new designs in the next month or so if that’s something everyone is interested in!

You can find my shop here:

If there are any questions or concerns I do have direct contact with representatives from TeePublic. Thank you all again!
