Hello, everyone. I've noticed that many of you are looking for help understanding your radiology (and/or biopsy) reports. I used to explain reports for free. Due to my growing professional and personal commitments, I am no longer able to do so.
To ensure I can dedicate time to those who truly need help and to differentiate those who really need guidance to understand their reports, I’m thinking about offering a paid service.
The scope of paid service is strictly for explanation of your report in relatively simple language. It will not be in the form of personal opinion / second opinion / review of images / treatment recommendation / direct advice. The service does not establish a formal doctor-patient relationship and patients should consult their own healthcare provider for any medical decision-making.
To respect the dignity of the patient and to maintain confidentiality, personal details (name, age, gender) will not be disclosed.
The mode of report explanation (either via youtube members only videos, via one-to-one videos or via email) will be decided later on.

PET-CT shows FDG avid lesion in left kidney and FDG avid tumour thrombus extending in left renal vein, IVC and projecting in right atrium. The tumour was Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC), which mostly doesn't show FDG uptake. But in this case it was showing intense FDG uptake.
