Hi! My name is Lauren and I’m SO glad you’re here! I started sewing/quilting in 2019, but really started challenging myself and trying new things in 2023.
I’m in no way an expert, but I love to share things that work for me and the things I’m working on.

I do talk….a lot! lol. So buckle in and enjoy! What you see is what you get with me. I try and be as real as possible and show my mistakes and how I fix or figure them out on camera. I want other quilters to know you’re not alone!

I love to challenge myself with new sewing or quilting projects to see what all I can do and push myself out of my comfort zone. I do get bored easily and you will see that I jump around from one project to the next without fully finishing them at times. (My squirrel moments lol). But I always try and come back and finish said project.

Just a "rough draft" right now, and I still have to put on 2 more rows, but finally the piecing for the top is beginning. I've actually enjoyed this quilt. It is more bold than the one in the book, but I wanted to use fabrics I had and not have to purchase more. I can't wait to get the top all put together and see how it turns out ❤️

It’s FINISHED!!!! So happy to have this one done. Lost some points due to changing machines and trying to perfect that scant 1/4” seam allowance, but I love it and can’t wait to get it quilted and have it on my couch ❤️
