The Stamp That Made Me Cry

Five years ago, I didn't know what a company was. Today, I hold its stamp in my hands.

There are moments in life that look very small to the world but feel enormous to the person who lived through the journey.

This rubber stamp is one of those moments for me.

Back in 2021, I had absolutely no idea how a company was formed. I didn't know about legal processes, company registration, MOA, AOA, directors, compliance, business bank accounts, or even why companies needed a rubber stamp.

I knew only one thing.

How to build a team.

I was obsessed with people, leadership, and creating a community where learners could grow together. I wasn't thinking about startups, valuations, legal documents, or incorporation certificates.

I was simply trying to make English Learners better every single day.

One day at a time.

One learner at a time.

One conversation at a time.

Without realizing it, days became months.

Months became years.

And years became a journey.

A small English-speaking practice group slowly transformed into something much bigger than I had ever imagined. What started as a community helping people improve their English gradually became a startup capable of identifying real-world problems and creating solutions for them.

Today, English Learners doesn't just understand the problems people face.

It stands with answers.

And honestly, even now, it feels unreal.

Sometimes I sit alone at night and ask myself:

"How did this happen?"

"How did a small group become a registered company?"

"How did a dream become legal papers, certificates, directors, and an official company stamp?"

Tonight, while looking at this stamp, I remembered my childhood.

My mother is a government teacher.

Growing up, I often watched her using official stamps on government documents. To me, those stamps represented responsibility, authority, and something important.

Never in my life did I imagine that one day I would hold a stamp carrying the name of my own company.

When my mother looked at it and said,

"This is your company's stamp."

I smiled.

But inside, thousands of memories rushed through my mind.

The sleepless nights.

The failures.

The self-doubt.

The sacrifices.

The moments when nobody believed.

The moments when even I wasn't sure.

I wanted to tell her how much that moment meant to me.

I wanted to tell her that the little boy who used to watch her stamp government papers had somehow built something of his own.

But some emotions are too deep for words.

So I stayed quiet.

And now, I am writing those feelings here.

Maybe one day, when English Learners becomes a company worth millions of dollars, I'll show her these words and tell her what I couldn't say today.

Because this stamp is not made of plastic and ink.

It is made of five years of sacrifice.

Five years of faith.

Five years of choosing the dream when giving up would have been easier.

People often see successful startups and admire the result.

Few see the years of sacrifice hidden behind it.

The birthdays missed.

The comfort abandoned.

The uncertainty accepted.

The endless days of building when there was no guarantee of success.

A startup demands sacrifice.

And I gave mine willingly.

Today, this small rubber stamp reminds me that every great company starts as an impossible idea in someone's mind.

What was once a small English-speaking group now has legal documents, a company identity, and a mission to impact lives.

And this is only the beginning.

I am manifesting that one day this stamp will represent an organization that transforms millions of lives through education.

Until then, I will keep building.

Keep sacrificing.

Keep believing.

Because dreams don't come true when they are convenient.

Dreams come true when they become more important than comfort.

And this stamp is proof that sometimes the smallest objects carry the biggest stories.
