Red Road Male. Image was taken yesterday. I did not want to post a picture of his frail body, as there is plenty of footage on YouTube. In profile, his face still expresses his regal baring. If you are watching any of the most recent Virtual Safari videos, he has not passed away, but that moment, could be any moment. He is trying to find his Nharu pride who we also saw yesterday. If they made a large kill and he could get a decent feed, he could potentially start to recover(according to our guide). Make no mistake, he is only just holding on.
As of last night, we saw the Mantimahle Males heading from the south of Manyeleti towards the Central Area where Red Road is mostly found. It is believed they these are the males that caused his current injuries.
