Book cover design is a collaboration between selling a story and selling a vibe to the right reader. Sometimes the vibes are excellent, but the contents don't deliver on the promise. The best books seem like they have their own soundtrack when you're reading them.
I love creatively sharing what stories are taking up space on my bookshelf and imagination, and appreciating others that just simply have beautiful covers.
On my channel we talk about books that have a wealth of story waiting for you, beautiful inside and out, plus the ones that deserve a second look!

This video originally debuted (debuted looks funny typed out), it had audio, lighting, and graphic issues. I kid you not when I say seeing the thumbnail these past 5 months made me sad.
This is the first time I’ve ever “remastered” a video that didn’t feel like my best, and now I’m actually proud of it. The analytics might take a hit, and the sound effects are awol because I switched licensing sites this spring, but I’m personally breathing a sigh of relief that future viewers won’t need to turn their volume all the way up, or check the brightness on their device 😱
