A little look at our team outside of the office. We spent the evening together hiking, getting outside, and sharing a meal. And we got the most beautiful weather and sunset! Feeling lucky to live in San Diego.
This team shows up for our patients every single day, and getting to step away and spend time together like this is a good way to slow down and appreciate them. There is so much trust, support, and care goes into what we do. And we actually like spending time together 😂
Being active and outside is my favorite thing to do outside of work so I love connecting with my team in this way. ❤️

Tightening treatments and lifting procedures are often spoken about interchangeably, but they are fundamentally different.
Heat-based devices can improve skin tightness and texture. What they cannot do is reposition descended facial structures or recreate youthful contours. If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I love to travel.
Whether it’s time with my family, visiting my sons, or quick trips in between surgery days, I’m often on the go whenever I can be.
But no matter where I am, one thing doesn’t change for me… consistency.
It’s something I don’t compromise on.
Travel makes it harder, schedules get packed, routines get thrown off, but that’s exactly when it matters most. There’s always a way to stay consistent. We make time to move, eat well, stay hydrated… and stick to the habits that keep us feeling our best.
For me, that includes skincare.
Twice a day. Every day.
A big part of why I created the KaramMD Trifecta was to make that consistency easier. something simple enough to stick to, even when life is busy or you’re constantly on the go.
Because at the end of the day, it’s not about doing something perfectly… it’s about doing it consistently.
