DHS has released a photo of convicted child rapist Tue Lue Vang being deported after Secretary of State Marco Rubio says he revoked Vang's legal status.
Vang, an illegal immigrant from Laos, was convicted of repeatedly raping a 10-year-old girl and had received clemency from Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz just days before he was set to be deported.
"While Walz and his fellow sanctuary politicians fight to protect heinous criminals like this, we will continue putting the safety of the American people FIRST," DHS said.
Rubio said Vang "will never pose a threat to any American ever again."

The cost of mailing a letter is going up again this summer after federal regulators approved another round of U.S. Postal Service price increases.
The price of a First-Class Mail Forever stamp will increase from 78 cents to 82 cents.
The U.S. Postal Service said mail service prices will rise by about 4.8% overall beginning July 12, stating the latest increase is necessary as it continues grappling with rising operating costs and longstanding financial challenges.
Forever stamps purchased before the increase will continue to be valid for mailing a standard one-ounce letter regardless of when they are used.

FIRST ON FOX: A new report is shining a spotlight on the Southern Poverty Law Center's influence in teacher training programs across 38 states as Congress and federal investigators intensify their focus on the organization.
According to the report, future teachers are being trained using the Southern Poverty Law Center's "Learning for Justice" curriculum, which includes social justice standards and coursework centered on anti-bias education, critical consciousness and teaching for social justice.
The report comes after the Justice Department filed an 11-count indictment against the organization in April, alleging it defrauded donors by concealing millions of dollars in payments to confidential informants operating within extremist groups, including the Ku Klux Klan, United Klans of America and Aryan Nations.
SPLC Interim President and CEO Bryan Fair denied any wrongdoing during a House Judiciary Committee hearing in June, calling the charges politically motivated as Republicans continue investigating the nonprofit's ties to the Biden administration.

That's how one passenger described the terrifying moments after a Ryanair flight reportedly suffered a rapid decompression when debris from an engine shattered a window shortly after takeoff.
"The masks dropped... The head and shoulders of one passenger were outside the window. Fortunately, he hadn't taken off his seat belt."
Reuters reported that two industry sources indicated the passenger was partially sucked out of the broken window. Greek media reported that fellow passengers, including the man's wife, held him in his seat as the flight turned back to the airport.
The passenger was described as a 61-year-old tourist from Serbia. Authorities said he was being treated for friction burns and shock but was otherwise in good condition.
