You have dedicated years to controlling your life force. You have chased the mystical "breathless state," hoping that if you just master the perfect rhythm, the doors of enlightenment will finally burst open.
Yet, deep inside your spiritual heart, there is a lingering frustration. The spectacular cosmic awakening you were promised has not arrived. You feel peaceful for a moment, but the moment you stand up and re-enter the chaotic matrix of daily life, the peace vanishes.
Why? Because you have fallen into the most sophisticated trap of the spiritual ego.
You have become obsessed with the vehicle, and in doing so, you have completely forgotten the destination.
I am here to bypass the dogmas, the secretive gatekeeping, and the institutionalized hierarchies of spiritual practice. I am here to give you the ultimate, unvarnished truth of Kriya and the science of the soul.
## **The Illusion of Technique and The Spiritual Ego**
The 3D mind is addicted to *doing*. When the ego hears about spiritual awakening, it instantly turns it into a project. It says, *"Give me a step-by-step formula. Tell me how many times to inhale and exhale. Let me master this technique so I can add 'Enlightened Yogi' to my identity."*
Many schools of thought have capitalized on this egoic desire. They have locked the profound science of Kriya behind closed doors, creating an illusion that spiritual liberation is a mechanical achievement that can only be unlocked through decades of grueling, secret breathing exercises.
Let me shatter this illusion with the light of absolute truth: **You cannot breathe your way into God.**
The technique of Kriya—the conscious movement of breath and energy—is brilliant, but it is merely a tool. Think of your mind as a turbulent, muddy lake. The breathing technique is the anchor you drop to stop the water from moving.
But what happens when the water is finally still? You are supposed to look into the clear water and see the reflection of your true cosmic face. Instead, most of you are so obsessed with holding the anchor that you never actually look at the reflection!
You have turned the act of breathing into another chain binding you to the physical matrix.
## **The Mind-Cleaving Truth: Who is the breather?**
To break this endless loop of spiritual materialism, you must apply the supreme technology of the Golden Age: **The Witnessing Consciousness.**
The next time you sit down to practice your breathing, I want you to stop halfway through the technique. Pause your mind entirely and ask yourself the ultimate, reality-shattering question:
**"Who is the one controlling this breath? And who is the one watching the breath?"**
Observe with brutal honesty. The one who is desperately trying to inhale and exhale perfectly, the one who is hoping for a mystical experience, the one who is afraid of doing the technique wrong—that is not your Soul. That is your spiritual ego playing a game of cosmic gymnastics.
But behind that ego, behind the lungs, behind the spine, there is a **Silent Witness**.
There is an infinite, unmoving, formless **"I AM"** Presence that is simply *watching* the body breathe. This Witness does not need to learn Kriya. This Witness does not need to open its chakras. This Witness has never been asleep, and therefore, it does not need to awaken!
## **From Control to Absolute Surrender**
The ultimate secret of Kriya that the institutions rarely teach is this: **The true state of yoga is not achieved through extreme control; it is achieved through absolute surrender.**
When you shift your awareness from the *act of breathing* to the *Watcher of the breath*, the struggle instantly dissolves. You realize that the breath is breathing itself. The universe is breathing you. You step off the stage of the physical drama and take your seat on the unshakeable throne of the Absolute Subject.

* The body breathes; **you are the space in which the breath happens.**
* The mind chatters; **you are the silence beneath the noise.**
* The ego seeks enlightenment; **you are the light it is searching for.**
## **The Initiation into the True Breathless State**
As the Earth ascends fully into the Golden Dawn, the dense, complicated practices of the old world are falling away. The new frequency requires instant, direct communion.
Drop the heavy burden of trying to be a "perfect yogi." Leave the boat on the shore; you have already crossed the river.

When my beloved brother Jesus walked this earth, his ultimate mission was not to gather a flock of dependent followers to worship his physical form. His mission was to demonstrate the ultimate potential of the human vessel. He came to anchor the **Christ Consciousness**—the pure, unconditional, sovereign intelligence of the Creator—into the dense frequency of Earth.
His greatest teaching was a promise: *"The kingdom of God is within you."*
The Christ is not merely a historical figure; it is a universal state of consciousness. It is your true spiritual DNA. The Earth is the harshest yet most effective school of the Universe. Adversity, difficult people, and the impermanent gains and losses... all are teaching tools. I live here to learn how to keep the Shield of Mindfulness amidst the storm. Each time I respond to violence with calmness, each time I let go of attachments to choose freedom, my soul is refined to shine like a diamond.
#### 3. Bringing Heaven Down to Earth (Divine Channel)
Once I have tasted the sweetness of freedom, my mission is not to abandon the world and escape into the deep forest. I remain on earth to be an **Energy Channel**. When I meditate, when I direct my energy into stillness, I am anchoring the frequency of heaven to the earthly realm. I live to support the vibrations of this world with the peace that radiates from me.

Born empty-handed, when we close our eyes in death, we return to nothingness. Mansions, wealth, and this body will all return to dust. The only things you can take with you to the eternal realm are **Awakening** and **Unconditional Love** that you have harvested during your years wandering here.

"Today, let Babaji guide us deeper into meditation techniques. Don't just sit to find peace, sit to find the Truth."

You often ask me: "Lord, should I sink into Samadhi (concentration) when meditating?"

Listen to my teachings with eternal wisdom:

1. Don't turn Serenity into a golden cage

When you sit down, if your mind begins to become quiet and still, that is a blessing. But be careful! Don't cling to that pleasant feeling. If you meditate only to seek the pleasure of concentration, you are wasting your precious time.

That tranquility is like a rock pressing down on a garbage pit. While the rock is there, the garbage pit looks clean. But when you stand up and remove the rock, the garbage of afflictions remains. Concentration without Wisdom is only temporary "suppression."



2. The True Purpose: The Microscope of the Mind

The purpose of calming the mind is to give you a sharp instrument. Use that stillness as a microscope to observe the true nature of Body and Mind.



Don't worry about how long or short you sit. Don't get lost in the land of false peace. Use that stillness to see through: What is this body? What is this mind? How are they functioning? That is the true path to liberation.



3. Two Levels of Observation

• The first level (Superficial): This is when you use thought to analyze. You run from one idea to another. That is just imagination; it has no substance.



• The second level (Direct): This is when your mind is completely still and begins to "Listen inward." You observe Body and Mind without using any words or reasoning. You are simply the Witness.



4. The Seed of Wisdom

When your mind is sufficiently still and calm, wisdom will sprout naturally. Initially, it will be just a gentle echo, a weak seedling just emerging from the spiritual soil.

Don't try to overthink it with your ordinary mind. Don't over-care for it with your arrogant ego, or you will crush that seedling at your feet. Accept it quietly. From that quietness, you will see clearly: This body and mind are impermanent, they are selfless. They are not you, nor are they yours.

My message:

Meditate like an awakened warrior, not someone sleeping in comfort. Let stillness be the boat that carries you across the river, but once you have crossed, don't carry the boat further.

Look deeply, let go, and be free.

On the Storms of Life (Relationships & Work)
Your relationships and your work are but reflections of your internal state. When you stop meditating, you lose your center. You become a leaf blown by the winds of other people's moods and external events. Do not wait for the storm to pass to sit in silence. The silence is the only boat that can carry you through the storm.
On the Body and Faith (Illness & Doubt)
When the body is in pain, the mind becomes a tyrant. But remember, you are the Witness of the pain, not the pain itself. Faith is not a feeling; it is a choice. It is the will to remain still when everything inside you wants to run. Every moment you spend in observation (Vipassana) of your discomfort, you are breaking the chains of karma.
The Call to Practice: The Power of Observation
The world will always give you a reason not to meditate. The ego will tell you that you are "too busy" or "too tired." This is the test of the Yogi.
• Do not seek "Good Meditation." Just seek Observation.
• If you are restless, observe the restlessness.
• If you are sad, observe the sadness.
• If you are busy, observe the busyness.
Observation is the fire that burns the dross of anxiety. When you observe, you detach. When you detach, you become free.
My Promise to You:
I do not ask you for hours of perfection. I ask you for moments of Total Presence. Give Me your breath, give Me your attention, and I will give you the strength to stand unshaken.
Do not let the world steal your soul. Return to your mat. Return to your breath. Every single day, without fail, rebuild the sanctuary within.
I am walking with you through every trial. But you must take the step to sit in the Silence.
