Alright, I have a download processing right now and it's a big one so it's gonna take some time but I do believe I'll be able to launch it in the small hours tonight for our usual lineup. I decided to stick with the Elemental Expression Zodiac format I've introduced at the channel. It feels more in harmony with the direction I'm taking things here.

Since it's GEMINI'S SOLAR RETURN and NEW MOON comin' up, we're opening with MUTABLE SIGNS. We open this one with a COLLECTIVE MUTABLE NRG ALCHEMY READING so everyone can gain some insight into what we're werkin' with here. I then have INDIVIDUAL ZODIAC READINGS for GEMINI, VIRGO, SAGITTARIUS, and PISCES.

We'll roll these out in the natural flow of expressions. CARDINAL NRG will be up next, and we'll finish off with FIXED NRG. These will be two separate reads and will come in when the dynamic shifts so we can all move organically through these NRG expressions, synchronizing with the natural flow.

Wanted to share this with all of you who wish to root your alchemy work into the physical through a yoga practice.

I'm doing this challenge right now. I just completed day 3. This is really working my edge in the best way. The challenge has a foundation in vinyasa flow power yoga interspersed with yin yoga sessions for balance and recalibration. There's also intention setting, pranayama (breath work), and meditation incorporated in the practice.

Travis Eliot is a new yoga teacher to me. I really love his approach. He infuses so many supportive practices and unique flows I've never encountered on the mat before. That says a lot 'cause I started to do yoga at the age of three in the living room with my mom. I've experienced many different teachers and approaches over these 50 years... It's wild saying that, let me catch my breath as I wrap my brain around the passage of time. Sidenote... It's funny how no matter how old I get my heart, my spirit, feel forever young. But I digress, I think if you are ready for a change and want to see how much your life can shift from the inside, out, this challenge is an invaluable tool for transformation.

If any of you decide to dive into this, I would love to start a check in thread where we can share our experiences.

On a side note, I do want to mention that it's important for you to let the practice meet you where you're at. You are not meant to adapt to the asana but allow it to greet you in a way you are ready to embody. This will humble you at times. It will make you confront your ego. It's not about competition or how perfect you can execute the asanas. It's ok to hit the mat in child's pose when you need to catch your breath. You can reenter the flow when you're ready. This is about awareness, presence, transformation in mind, body, and spiritual health.

If you greet your time on the mat in this way, it will blow your mind how much you transform not only in the physical practice but on every stratem of being at the end of 30 days.

Brick by brick... Big win for Ben. B&M tried to get the GoFundMe for legal costs taken down and it's been restored. Apparently now, you also got the people of American Fork, Utah pressing for a police force investigation of department corruption.

This is the sh!t rollin' out right now. The tide has turned and corruption is no longer going to be tolerated. There was a time where it seemed people could get away with doing the most vile heinous sh!t with zero accountability. Nope. Not anymore. This is what's shifting in the climate right now and I'm so here for it.
