Do you prefer full classes or the shorter classes here on YouTube?
Happy to be able to offer another full yoga class. This slow flow is a longer full class with a core theme "ease through movement".

If you need some opening or release along the frontline, then try this one 😀
This could be an after-work practice to counter sitting or a wake up for the spine in the morning. How did you find this?

This week's sequence has been a part of my personal practice for years... On and off, and much more 'on' lately 😊 I finally felt that I'm ready to share this...
I learned this Warrior sequence years ago from Leslie Kaminoff, and initially the idea of keeping feet in one stance throughout the Warrior Flow felt very awkward. But I have really grown to appreciate the subtle geniousness (yes, that must be a word) of this practice and how extremely challenging it is for the legs, the feet and the core. This is the most shaky I've ever felt - my nervous system is creating new pathways and really tuning in 😊
If you have knee issues that require strengthening the muscular support around the joint, I highly recommend this sequence! And it's a great flow if you're looking for a hands-free practice as well!
Thank you Leslie Kaminoff for this one 🙏

"Yoga isn't about doing the poses.
It's about undoing what's in the way of the poses."

Here's what I talked about on Wednesday in action 😃 So, instead of "inhale and reach the arms up", we'll go "exhale and reach up"...
The familiar Sun Salutation sequence can feel quite different with a reversed breathing pattern.
See you on the mat!

"The good news about yoga is that it makes you more aware of what's going on in your body. And the bad news about yoga is that it makes you more aware of what's going on in your body." 😅😅😅
Does anyone ever feel like they've become too aware of everything that's going on in their body? 🤪

What do you use for replacing a bolster in your home practice (unless you own a bolster, of course 🙂)?
