Use of AI policy on CX Productions

Hey all, a mini update about the channel as I occasionally receive comments about use of AI and want to clarify a few things

1. Is the voiceover AI?

No. That is me speaking (James). I am from the North of England and that is just my accent. You can see in my North Sentinel video, and going forward, the narrator is me speaking into a microphone.

2. Are the scripts wrote or researched with AI?

No. If you think these videos are slop, just know it's my own handcrafted, GMO free, home grown slop: all written and researched exclusively by my own (dubious) intelligence.

3. Do you use AI music, effects, video or images?

Initially, I sparsely used some AI images in my first three videos as a year ago I thought AI was just a quirky, fun way to add some 'creepy' imagery. That was before I came to appreciate the all-consuming slopocalypse that has now permeated all facets of the public internet in some desperate attempt to commoditise all entertainment down to factually inaccurate, low effort ultraslop.

Aside from those early generative images I used on Action Park, Galveston and Mossdale, NO AI tools are used on this channel beyond Adobe image upscaling or alignment.

A quote that has stuck with me regarding the whole concept of AI content is, "If you couldn't be bothered to make it, why would I be bothered to watch it?" And that's a philosophy I carry into making my own videos.

The creative process is difficult, frustrating and at times downright depressing. But that sacrifice is the reason any true art is worthwhile: it expresses something the artist could not put into words directly, but felt a need to say.

In a shocking turn of events, the 1991 Yogurt Shop Murders have likely been SOLVED. Over 30 years later, police have found a DNA match to a serial killer named Robert Eugene Brashers from a bullet casing found in a drain at the Yogurt Shop murder scene.

The casing is believed to be consistent with a gun he used to shoot himself during a 1999 standoff with police.

Brashers is a serial killer who committed at least three murders between 1990 and 1998 in South Carolina and Missouri.

I spent months researching my video, which covers all the reasons why I was convinced the four main suspects, the young boys (Springsteen, Scott, Pierce and Welborn) were NOT the killers, and it is now appearing beyond reasonable doubt that these boys had no connection to the murders.

Meaning Springsteen and Scott were coerced into giving false confessions and were wrongfully imprisoned.
