It's Mental health awareness month.
I wanted to speak out about it, because it's something i've been through a lot. Struggling with depression, anxiety etc was/is really hard but I feel like you Suzzies played a big part of me getting better🩷 thank you. I want to give the biggest virtual hug to anyone struggling or if you have no one to talk about it, come to me💌 You have me if there's no one else, i'll be here🫶🏼 I'm so proud of you, you don't even know how proud! We all have a purpose and a place here, let's stay together for a long time to find it<3 If you want, share something you're happy or proud of. It can be something very big or very little like brushing your teeth, taking a shower. I'm proud of myself cause i handmade a mothers day card for my mom🙈💛 i love you guys!
