Welcome history lovers in another life I was a historian and here I share my passion of history with you and hopefully have a bit of a laugh and a chat along the way.
Donβt take life past or present too seriously!
I will share my sources in the description boxes so you know where my information is from and that Iβm not regurgitating Wikipedia like some channelsβ¦

π’ Did Tracy Borman Steal My Video?
I was scrolling through YouTube one day and found Tracy Borman had made basically the same video as me. So naturally I did what any reasonable historian would do β I made a better one. π
16 claimants. Two competing legal systems. 45 years of deliberate ambiguity. And one woman who was technically Henry VIII's rightful heir under his own legal settlement β and died in 1647 having never been queen of anything.

Now live: https://youtu.be/ibgwknij6Ao
Do you think Anne Boleyn ever had a chance of surviving 1536 β or was her fate sealed the moment Cromwell turned against her? π

π’ 4 May 1536 β Jane Boleyn Sends a Message of Comfort to Her Husband
On 4 May 1536, as her husband George Boleyn sat imprisoned in the Tower of London, Jane Boleyn sent him a message of comfort.Β
π°It's a small, quiet moment β and yet it speaks volumes in the charged, terrifying silence of those fifteen days before Anne Boleyn's execution. Was it love? Guilt? Or simply a wife trying to hold things together while everything collapsed around her?
Now live: https://youtu.be/-mpK6CmoRuIDo you think Jane Boleyn has been treated fairly by history β or is her reputation as a villain justified? π
