The Inclusive Security Collective Initiative (iSCI) is an organization created to develop, engage, and provide solutions for an inclusive defense industrial base amongst other areas of focus. iSCI grants access and encourages an active engagement strategy for Defense Readiness by creating Professional Pathways in Domestic and National Security by addressing the talent management gaps; increasing Access and Entry into an Inclusive Defense Industrial Base as a method toward Economic Equity; investing and understanding emerging technologies and capacity building, and leveraging expertise to contribute to defense legislation.
We develop inclusive solutions that effectively address evolving strategic threats while creating investment strategies in historically underserved and underrepresented communities and institutions. We are committed to fostering active participation through crucial conversations, policy, think tanks, business opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage.
