The Clash were an English rock band formed in London in 1976 as a key player in the original wave of British punk rock. They have also contributed to the post-punk and new wave movements that emerged in the wake of punk and employed elements of a variety of genres including reggae, dub, funk, ska and rockabilly.

Originally released in September 1982 during the Combat Rock USA tour as a double A side, Should I Stay or Should I Go /Straight To Hell is being re-released on 7inch yellow vinyl with new artwork on the 12th June 2026.

The band performed both tracks on Saturday Night Live on the 9th Oct 1982 and later that week played their iconic Shea Stadium shows.
