I NEED YOUR HELP!! This past week had some negative vibes with a certain business, and although justice was served , I like to HELP BUSINESSES and good people ! So I need your help in pointing me in the direction of a small business that could use a lift !! It doesn’t have to be boat related , it can be a restaurant, or a clothing clothing company with a good message , anything and everything ! I just want to give back and give some good people a platform to blast off in the best way !!!

60 days of discipline !! And we haven’t skipped a beat , this is a very realistic look at what 60 days of meticulous dieting and exercise with zero cheat meals looks like . Going in to my pre op appointment tomorrow as a better human than I was when I found out about it in the first place .
We will beat heart failure .
But to be honest , even if we don’t beat it . We will at least be an example of what you can still accomplish in life with it .
