Just made a few small batches of arnica and a cbd rub today.

The "green" is pretty concentrated for extreme pain relief , deep bone pain, to be used when nothing else works.

The arnica covers muscle pain relief, reduces bruising as well as pain relief. Its really very effective.

Both have magnesium mixed in as well as lavender essential oil.

Good bit of rain helps, the chamomile blooming well, and sunflower showing its steed. That and the rectangular planter has calendula officialis growing.
