NGC 1333, also known as The Embryo Nebula, is a dark cloud of space dust and gasses that hides deep within it a literal star nursery. Hot, bright, young new stars are being born and their light is starting to escape through the dense nebula. The result is an almost eerie display of starlight and color. This image is the result of 5 hours of total exposure time and was taken under the dark skies of Southern Utah. Zoom in and peek around. For the full video:
