Back in September 2023, we set foot on a sailing boat for the very first time. Now we've sailed back to where it all began, but this time on our very own boat!
We've sailed all the way from the UK to Gibraltar, and returning to the place where we first fell in love with sailing felt like a real full-circle moment. It was an incredible feeling of accomplishment knowing we'd sailed all this way, just the two of us.
But once we arrived, things didn't go to plan. Hit with storm after storm, we desperately wanted to make it down to the Canary Islands as soon as possible, but when the weather conspires against you, there's nothing you can do but wait...
